Fraser founded White Light in 2001, following a career in business magazines and marketing. He now manages strategy, new business and product development, such as our World Whisky Day project.
Eric leads all operational aspects of White Light client work, with a wealth of experience in design, branding and content marketing. He's also won many awards as Creative Director of Hot Rum Cow.

Islay, voted Scottish Business Magazine Designer of the Year 2015, has a rare talent for inspirational ideas, bringing the most challenging projects to life. She's also a highly experienced project manager.
Louise is White Light's newest team member. She's joined us following stints in Canada and Australia where she developed and honed her design and digital skills.
Malcolm is a naturally gifted writer and confident communicator with instinctive people skills. Mature beyond his years, he brings energy and ideas to everything he works on.
Robin is a gifted writer with great people skills. As well as working across client projects and Hot Rum Cow, she’s the star of a new series of World Whisky Day films.
After working in journalism and PR, Jo has turned her sharp eye and organisational flair to managing accounts, admin and HR for White Light. Her creative thinking also makes her a key member of the board.

Liz was originally founding editor of Hot Rum Cow and did such a wonderful job that, when she moved to Sweden, we couldn't let her go. She remains with us, contributing fascinating content, bright ideas and lots of enthusiasm to the magazine.

After launching the UK edition of GQ, editing Sunday Times Style and running his own agency Axon, we were thrilled to welcome Paul as 'our man in London'. He also has several other projects, such as the Sediment wine blog.
Starting out as a journalist, Stuart rose to the role of Managing Director of the Scottish Division of Johnston Press. He has brought all this experience to White Light, buying a stake in the company in 2009.
Lakeland Terrier Angus makes up in enthusiasm what he lacks in content marketing expertise. A frequent presence in the office, he is undoubtedly the best member of the team at catching tennis balls in his mouth.
