White Light Media has engaged the Links Partnership to support its plans to gain ISO 9001 accreditation for its Quality Management System. "From the work that we have done so far, it is clear that we are already doing many of the good things stipulated by ISO 9001," says WLM Administrator Nikki Bailey, who is managing the programme internally. "However, the accreditation process provides a method to procedures that we are already finding very useful - and the ISO 9001 badge will provide important reassurance to existing and potential clients."
